1. Booking and Confirmation
  • All bookings are made via our website or official WhatsApp Business account.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message/voucher from our team.
  • For certain private tours (Yachts, Private Dates), a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the time slot.

2. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices are listed in USD (USD USA). We also accept AED and EUR at the current market exchange rate.
  • Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or secure online payment links.
  • Any additional costs (extra food, extended time, or special requests) must be paid before or during the activity.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is:
  • Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of a "No-Show."
  • Weather Conditions: If we cancel a tour due to weather (high waves, sandstorms) or government safety restrictions, you will receive a 100% refund or a free reschedule.

4. Rescheduling
  • You can request to reschedule your tour up to 12 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
  • Changes made less than 12 hours before may be subject to a small rescheduling fee.

5. Health and Safety
  • Participant Responsibility: You must inform us of any health conditions (pregnancy, heart issues, back pain) before booking activities like Desert Safari or Jet Ski.
  • Alcohol/Drugs: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances without a refund.
  • Safety Gear: You agree to follow the guide’s instructions and use provided safety equipment (life jackets, seatbelts, helmets).

6. Liability
  • While we work only with licensed and insured operators, SB Excursions is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or delays caused by third-party providers or traffic conditions.
  • All participants are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.

7. Behavior and Damages
  • Any damage caused to vehicles, yachts, or equipment by a customer’s intentional or negligent behavior will be charged to the customer in full.

8. Changes to the Policy
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms active at the time of your booking will apply.
